Cancellation & No-show Policy.

At LoveGlow Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we’ve established the following policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows:

Cancellations:

Appointments may be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. However, any cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a no-show fee.

Rescheduling:

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling within less than 48 hours are subject to a no-show fee. A maximum of two reschedules are allowed before the appointment is treated as a cancellation.

Late Arrivals:

A 10-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive late, your service will proceed with the remaining time at full cost. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be considered a no-show.

No-Shows:

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the following charges to the credit card on file:

Consultations = 50% charge

Signature facials + any add-ons = 50% charge

Light Therapy Facials + any add-ons = 100% charge
